2. No Fix, No Charge Policy
Our “No Fix, No Charge” policy ensures that you only pay if we successfully resolve your issue. This policy does not apply in the following cases:
- If the issue is due to third-party software limitations.
- If your device has irreparable hardware damage.
- If the issue is caused by viruses that cannot be removed without data loss.
- In cases where data recovery is not possible.
3. Doorstep Service
We offer doorstep service for your convenience. Please ensure that our technicians have safe and reasonable access to your premises. Additional fees may apply for services outside our primary service area.
4. Remote Support
Our remote support service is designed to diagnose and resolve issues online. By using this service, you grant Jo-Tech access to your system for troubleshooting purposes. We are not responsible for data loss during remote sessions, and we recommend backing up your data beforehand.
5. Payment and Fees
- Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed.
- We accept payment via cash, card, or online transfer.
- Additional fees may apply for urgent or after-hours service requests.
6. Warranty and Liability
- We offer a limited warranty on repairs and services performed. The warranty period will be specified at the time of service.
- Jo-Tech is not liable for data loss, damage caused by viruses, or hardware failure.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to back up all data before the service.
7. Cancellation Policy
- Appointments can be canceled or rescheduled with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice.
- Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a service call fee.
